关键字：JDE

自从被收购之后，其他的没什么感觉，就是新版本推出的速度快了。瞧，ERP9.0 + Tool Release 8.98又推出了。

 

功能上的变化感觉不是很明显，最直观的就是界面上越来越有EBS的风格了。

JDE产品介绍之一: JDE之前世今生
1977年3月17日，在美国科罗拉多州丹佛，三个年轻人离开了所从事的会计行业投身建立了一个以开发企业解决方案为主的公司，他们分别是Jack Thompson, Dan Gregory和Ed McVaney，公司的名字由三人的姓名组成，从此，J.D. Edwards 公司成立了。
早期，J.D. Edwards公司所开发的软件主要运行在中小型计算机上，到了1980年以后，就发展成为以IBM的System/38为主。经过多年的努力，J.D. Edwards公司成为CASE开发和工具设计的领先者。
J.D. Edwards公司总部设在丹佛，第一个办事处开设在达拉斯，然后是纽波特、加利福尼亚、休斯顿、旧金山等。1988年，公司开始在国外建立分公司，欧洲的总部设在比利时的布鲁塞尔，后来移至英国的白金汉郡。
